Why experience a Past Life Regression?
Many cultures around the world, both past and present, hold strong beliefs that we reincarnate, and maintain that our soul returns to earth to evolve over many lifetimes. In a Past Life Regression you can usually expect to find yourself in common situations and bodies, and to have a deeply personal experience. You can also expect to find a link to themes in your current life, have opportunities to resolve them, and learn something important about your eternal journey through time.
A regression has the potential to expand your understanding of who you are, bring peace to problems that have been affecting you, and provide insights into specific lessons you’re learning in this lifetime. Clients report having an affirming experience that changes their life perspective, regardless of how much they believed in past lives prior to the session.
The lives reported by clients are always vivid, varied and relevant.
Physical symptoms, belief structures and emotional patterns in our current life may be telling a story from an old wound, or traumatic experience. As the soul returns to life over and over, these memories can be re-created in our current life which often makes little sense and can keep us from living fully and peacefully.
Past Life Regressions (including Timeline therapy™) cover past lives and include your current life memories. They enable you to experience the soul’s journey through time, and enable conflicts from the past that have been distorting mental, emotional and physical well-being to be transformed. Regressions work by going to the root of a problem to transform it in a way that is safe and structured. They can reach further and heal deeper at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, than other therapeutic approaches.
Are Past Life Regressions always painful, or dangerous to revisit?
Past Life Regressions are not necessarily traumatic or painful – often you may visit common, everyday scenes that hold a particular lesson that has not yet been learnt. Sometimes, we may also find wonderful memories that are very enjoyable.
In certain situations, traumatic memories from Past Lives can surface, and the content may be uncomfortable. Under these circumstances, techniques that are safe and structured are used to ensure you do not have to “relive” the experience, or undergo any unnecessary discomfort. In fact, finding and resolving these traumas can have a profoundly positive impact on your current life experience.
